Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Vantag ("the app"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of the App

Vantag is a personal finance and expense tracking app that helps you understand your spending by converting expenses into working hours. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to misuse the app or use it in any way that violates applicable laws.

Subscriptions & Payments

Vantag offers the following subscription options:

• Monthly — Auto-renewable subscription billed every month.
• Yearly — Auto-renewable subscription billed every year.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

AI-Powered Features

Vantag uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI GPT-4o and Google Gemini) to provide automatic expense categorization. Please be aware that:

• AI categorization suggestions are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed to be accurate.
• You should always review and verify AI-generated categories before relying on them.
• We are not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated suggestions.

Financial Disclaimer

Vantag is an expense tracking and visualization tool. It does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, tax advice, or any form of professional financial guidance. The information presented in the app — including expense summaries, working-hour conversions, and category breakdowns — is for informational and personal organizational purposes only.

Always consult a qualified financial professional for advice regarding your financial situation. We are not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on information displayed in the app.

Intellectual Property

All content within Vantag — including but not limited to the user interface, design elements, icons, illustrations, and software code — is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any app content without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Vantag is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to any errors in expense tracking or categorization.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
